Legal PA | Manchester | £35,000

A leading international law firm is looking for an experienced and proactive Legal PA to support a team of partners and fee earners in its Manchester office. 

The role:

  • Provide high-quality, proactive PA support to a team of partners and fee earners
  • Manage comprehensive diaries, including forward planning and resolving meeting clashes independently
  • Arrange complex travel, identifying cost-efficient options
  • Manage the end-to-end client matter process, including conflict checks and client due diligence
  • Support billing, matter balances and working capital alongside the finance team
  • Assist with business development activity, including events, CRM administration and bids/tenders
  • Prepare meeting packs, itineraries and hospitality arrangements
  • Coordinate document production, including pitch and tender documents

About you:

  • At least three years' experience in a comparable PA or secretarial role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of competence across the Microsoft Office suite
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service
  • Detail-focused with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and collaborative, equally comfortable working independently

Salary and benefits:

  • £35,000 plus benefits
