We are currently recruiting for an experienced German speaking Legal PA to join a leading international law firm. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, expanding, and high performing law firm.
The successful PA will be providing proactive administrative, organisational and practice support to Partners, Associates and wider practice groups.
The Role
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings across different time zones, including with international offices.
- Arranging domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Preparing, formatting, proofreading and amending legal documents, correspondence, presentations and reports.
- Conflict checks, engagement letters and client onboarding.
- Assisting with time recording.
- Supporting business development activity, including pitches, client presentations, events and directory submissions.
- Managing competing priorities effectively and escalating capacity issues or conflicting deadlines appropriately.
- Using a range of document management, time recording, finance, expenses and workflow systems.
About You
We’re looking for a professional, proactive and highly organised Legal PA who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Previous legal PA experience within a law firm is essential.
- Bilingual in German is essential.
