Commercial Litigation Legal PA
Number one ranked law firm in their filed is looking to hire an exceptional Commercial Litigation Legal PA to carry out a mixture of PA and secretarial duties for an allocation of fee earners at Partner level.

Commercial Litigation Legal PA – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Extensive diary management (proactively and accurately monitor/oversee inboxes, calendars, diaries and travel)
- Marketing and business development duties to aid a growing practice
- Manage billing, compliance and expenses processes on behalf of the team, to include generating bills and collating WIP reports
- Work closely and effectively with the wider Legal PA team, providing support in cases of holidays and absences
- Be an effective and professional point of contact, to include managing telephone calls, taking accurate messages and being an ambassador both internally and externally for team and first port of call for clients
Commercial Litigation Legal PA – What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience as a Legal PA / Legal Secretary supporting senior Lawyers and/or Partners within a leading law firm is required
- Commercial Litigation experience
- Excellent document production skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience of legal financial administration including time recording, billing and expense management
