A leading London law firm is looking for a proactive Legal Secretary to support its White Collar and International Disputes Resolution teams.

This Legal Secretary role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role

As a Legal Secretary, you will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to Partners and Associates, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle inbox management and correspondence
  • Support client billing, WIP reporting, and invoice tracking
  • Assist with client onboarding, KYC, and conflict checks
  • Maintain financial and client reports
  • Support events, seminars, and business development activity
  • Prepare documentation and manage filing systems
  • Carry out general administrative and ad hoc tasks

About You

  • Experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a law firm
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Discreet when handling confidential information
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Aderant beneficial)
